We are a non profit organization serving the New England area for more than 30 years now.

Out mission is to enhance the cultural, social and ethical bonding among the people interested in knowing, preserving or implementing maharashtriyan culture.

• Cultural
  We organize annual Maharashtrian Festivals like Makar Sankrant, Ganeshotsav, Diwali. These festivals boasts the best in Maharashtriyan culture and stimulates the interest in our children to learn more about this fascinating culture and traditions.
  These events are filled with entertainment on a cultural backgrounds.
  
  

• Social
  We always strive to participate in the social or community service programs and work very closely with other organizations serving in this area. Working together with other organizations enhances communal ties, boosts exchange of ideas and networking.
  
  

• Theater
  Marathi theatre is one of the best and well advanced theatres in the world. It's always on experimenting new things which improves the performance and theatrical understanding. We plan to organize events either through local talent or artists from India which boasts the best in theatre and drama today.
  
  

• Art
  Local talent in Music, Fine Arts or Performing Arts, always get supported, encouraged and helped by NEMM. We also arrange programs from artists visiting from India.
  
  

• Job Networking
  NEMM has started a job networking group. This enables people to communicate better about the job opportunities they may have and also helped tremendously to those who are currently seeking jobs.
  
  

• Games + Fun + Family = Picnic
  Annual Summer picnics are fun filled events for the whole family. We organize picnics or camping events which boasts a mix of cultural ties while having great fun !!
